LaDonshay Jackson ljackson@germain.com 614-383-4313 Hello, I'm LaDonshay Jackson. I have been in the automobile business since July of 2001. I have lived in Columbus since June of 2010. I moved here from Augusta, Ga. where I had lived since July of 2001 after spending four years in the Air Force where I had the opportunity to travel to different countries such as England, Germany and Saudi Arabia to name a few. I am originally from Columbus, MS. I moved to Columbus to work for the Germain organization. I was looking for a change from Augusta and knew a few people who worked for the company. They told me what a great work environment it was and I made the move and haven't looked back. Come on down to Germain Nissan and experience some good old southern hospitality. See you soon.

I recently purchased a car from Germain Nissan Dealership on Morse Rd. on Dec 5th, a week into driving the car I started hearing an intermittent noise but was no certain about where it was coming from. I rep on Morse Rd. on Dec 5th, a week into driving the car I started hearing an intermittent noise but was no certain about where it was coming from. I reported the issue but since it didn't repeat itself while in the shop they told me to bring it back once it happened again. Within the week I had figured out what the issue was. I took up and was put into a rental. But then was told that it was not going to be fixed and covered by Germain Nissan Dealer and for me to call the sales dept for questions. I left a message but never heard back, after contacting the tech rep I was told it was not going to be covered because it is not life threatening nor does it happen all the time. The motor of the blower in my driver seat that is used to warm my seat may not be life threating, but it runs loud (when it does come on) and sounds dangerous for me to even use not to mention it must be about to go completely out. Listen, I just purchased a car for over $20K within 2 week time period after reporting it within the 1st week of my purchase only to be declined on the repair but told for another $800+ it can be fixed. I'm a single mother who (just) made a very big purchase and I would like all features in working order, who wouldn't. and I would also not to be taken advance of, I work hard enough for me money as major of us do. So why wouldn't you treat your customers right and have repeat business. More

Decieved Purchased a used 2014 Pathfinder on 08/11/2017. Everything was believed to be well until after the fact. The finance man, LaDonshay Jackson, convinced Purchased a used 2014 Pathfinder on 08/11/2017. Everything was believed to be well until after the fact. The finance man, LaDonshay Jackson, convinced my wife and I to purchase a service contract at the time of sale. I refused many of his offers, for they all ended when the odometer met 100,000 miles. The vehicle already had 42,454 miles, no sane person would pay an additional $2683 to protect against radio failure right? Apparently, I would. Even my wife stated at the time that it would be a waste of money. I told him a service contract would only be worth it to me if it covered bumper to bumper everything for the next 100,000 miles, not 57,000. LaDonshay said, "well, lets try that." He typed away, filling in blanks on an electronic form then shared the results with me. $2683 for bumper to bumper coverage for the next 100,000 miles (term limit at 142,454 miles). I jumped on it, couldn't believe how little bumper to bumper coverage could be. He printed of the contract which states: TERM Plan Months:60 Plan Mileage:100,000. I questioned LeDonshay, (no where on the contract does it specify the terminology these few words mean, nor does it specify what is actually covered other than "Premier Care") to assure myself that what I had purchased gave me bumper to bumper coverage for the next 100,000 miles. He assured me it did. We were most pleased. About a week into ownership I had to install a new battery. Should have been covered, took receipt to Germain, have yet to get my money back on that. About a year into ownership needed to replace a broken interior door handle, not covered by warranty/service contract, no big deal. Took it to dealership in Missouri, where they informed me that our warranty/service contract ran out at 100,000 miles. I contacted LaDonshay at the time and he informed me that he did in fact see that we had come to an agreement for my assistance to 142,454 miles. I was irate, believing that I had been taken advantage of I used some language that would not fit in a business meeting. He turned it on me, and hung up. I was too angry to call back. Now, with 116,000 miles on the automobile, it needs repaired. I called LaDonshay today in an attempt to resolve the issue of a dealership other than Germain acknowledging my coverage. LaDonshay is adamant that I did in fact knowingly purchase/receive a warranty/service contract that ended at 100,000 miles (57,000 miles of radio coverage) for $2683! This is not what I was told. This is not what I believed. I was hoping LaDonshay would recognize that somewhere a mistake was made and that Germain would do what it could to help. He will not. I would have never increased the price of a car by nearly 12% for 57,000 miles worth of only electronics coverage. If no mistake was made, then my only conclusion is that we were purposefully deceived into increasing the amount of money financed by nearly 12%! Ridiculous...you've been warned. Wonder when I'll get that battery reimbursement... More

Now we are going back and forth with them and it's been hard to get the used sales manager and the service department didn't even work on our car for a whole day. When we called haven't gotten clear answer on what is wrong with our car, instead they are taking it to a Chevy dealership. Not very professional. More

Most of my I went in less than an hour from closing time to look at a used Leaf. Michael immediately referred me to Alan, the resident Leaf expert. Most of my interaction was with Alan; he was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful, familiar with all the available vehicles and what options packages were installed, as well as a fount of information about charging EVs and what a new EV owner needs to know. LaDonshay was very easy to work with for arranging the financing. Both Alan and LaDonshay worked late to get the paperwork done for me to drive the car home that night; I'm sure some other folks must have worked late also to get the car ready to go. There were no high-pressure sales gimmicks, the staff was genuinely interested in fulfilling my needs. I had a very positive experience overall. More

The pr As a woman, car shopping hasn't been a good time. Most of my adult life I took my ex-brother-in-law with me as the salesman only spoke to him! The problem; I was the one with the money! Steve treated me like family., educating me about the car & never talked "down" to me. Now that's a true salesman, one that speaks the truth to all genders. I was looking at another car & instead of just saying his vehicle was better, he told me Why it was better. I've found my car guy! Thanks More
