Discovering a rock in the wheel well I called the service center and was able to speak to a service manager right away. I told him of the scraping-type of sound upon backing up and drivi I called the service center and was able to speak to a service manager right away. I told him of the scraping-type of sound upon backing up and driving forward and he thought it might be a rock in the wheel well but advised having it towed in, just in case it was something more serious. The $159 dx charge was reduced to $45 due to the simplicity of the task. I so appreciated that. My only complaint had to do with not being able to hear from my service rep in a timely manner. He stated he left a message on my home phone when Subaru received my car from the tow company, but I did not have a message on my voicemail. When calling the next day and leaving a message for him, 2 times, I did not hear back from him for two hours. We were finally able to connect for them to start the work and then he did call me back in a timely fashion. More

While this has been frustrating to get fixed, the dealership and the service consultant Dee Dhanraj have been very nice to work with. The repairs have been under warranty which is nice, the dealership has provided new loaner cars each time I have come back for further diagnosis and repairs. I feel like they are trying hard to get my issue resolved. More

Professional service I have always had positive experiences with this dealership which is a hard thing to say in this day and age. I have all of my work done there and ha I have always had positive experiences with this dealership which is a hard thing to say in this day and age. I have all of my work done there and have never felt like they were pushing additional services on me. In fact when I have asked if additional things have been needed they recommended waiting.. I typically have had Greg Nichols as my service advisor and he has been exceptional. I would have no hesitation in working with any of the others as well. Keep up the good work. More

A rock! The service was great! I got a call in the morning which was in response to a message I left in the previous evening about how my car was going to be The service was great! I got a call in the morning which was in response to a message I left in the previous evening about how my car was going to be getting towed to them. Then Dee handled the service and was very nice and communicative. Also, due to the nature of my service (a darn rock in my brakes) it was handled without a charge. Thanks so much for taking care of my car, and getting me on the road again! More
