Purchased my certified pre- Honda vehicle April 2024. A week later my battery died, my AC sounded like a motorcycle and my oil was at 40%. After I wrote my review Debbie called me stating that she will r A week later my battery died, my AC sounded like a motorcycle and my oil was at 40%. After I wrote my review Debbie called me stating that she will reimburse me for my battery and complete an oil change on the house. At signing, when I was going to walk away due to a lot of back forth about payments, the agent offered me an additional free oil change (3 come with purchasing the vehicle plus 1 =4). I came in so they can fix my issues as promised. (I did not think they would use my free oil changes. I come in today for my first oil change and was told I never received the additional 1 at signing and the used 1 of the guarantees 3 which leaves with 1 oil change after today. I spoke with Debbie, and she stated she does not know what I am talking about. A lot of games are played at this location. Do not advise purchasing a nail from this establishment. More
