Last Saturday was the last straw, went in for an oil change and a tire fix. They claim the tire was unrepairible, said they had the same tire so I trusted them, wrong thing to do! They put on a higher priced tire not even the same manufacturer. They were closing has I walked out and seeing all the charges they added on. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY WILL SCREW YOU. Sunday morning come out their new tire flat I went through the roof, another screw job from Honda of lincoln. Called and got their answering machine and left a very colorful message. That afternoon at a BBQ party I get a call from Jeff Williams service manager screaming at me (on speaker phone for all to hear) about my message. No apologies no bring it in we'll fix it right, none of that happened. In fact honda of lincoln has flat out refused to fix the problem. If you go to their service center you do it at your own risk.

At Honda of Lincoln, we take a tremendous amount of pride in the quality of our repairs and how we treat our customers. I'm extremely proud of my staff and the effort that we put into helping each of our customers every day. We are not above making mistakes from time to time, as the human element is alive and well, however we try very hard not to. That is not a true statement at all about screwing our customers. We go above and beyond every day and help our customers by going out to their homes and helping jump start their vehicle, going out to listen to an intermittent noise they may be having or helping them with the cost of the needed repairs. Also, about the tire. You and Darrin had a conversation about the Tiger Paw tires and he specifically told you that we do not carry them, he also recommended that you replace all 4 tires or at least 2 of the tires because all 4 tires were at 4/32" and you told him to just replace the one tire with a Yokohama tire that we carry. My staff is always very accommodating to you and always very friendly with you when you come in for service. As per your voice mail that you left me it was the most disrespectful voicemail I have ever received after working here for 32 years. My wife was sitting in my office, and she was absolutely appalled by your demanding tone and the disrespectful cursing language you were using. I was absolutely raising my voice at you; however, I was not using the cursing and disrespectful language that you were using towards myself and my staff. All you would have needed to do was to call me and let me know what had happened, and that it was frustrating. I would have been over to your house at 7:30 with a jack and jack stands. I would have taken the tire off your Element and repaired or replaced it for you and taken care of you as we do for all our customers. However, that was not what you decided to do. You decided to leave a horrible disrespectful voicemail. You have been a customer of ours for many years, which we have very much appreciated. At times you are very kind and respectful, like when you brought us supplies to stay safe during covid, which was very much appreciated by our staff. Then there are times like Sunday when you decided to leave that horrible message. Every time you don't get exactly what you want you to become angry and disrespectful just like you demonstrated on Sunday. We do not need to work with customers like that and will not. Working with customers that choose to work with us when situations arise or when things do not go as planned is what we appreciate and want to do. Best of luck with your future service and maintenance needs as we will not be doing them here anymore. I will also be sending you a refund check for the cost of the tire that you paid for on Saturday so you can get it repaired elsewhere.
