Overall great experience This is our second lease with this dealership. I was completely happy with all the staff we dealt with. I feel like I got a great deal. My only compla This is our second lease with this dealership. I was completely happy with all the staff we dealt with. I feel like I got a great deal. My only complaint is the amount of time it took to get the car to drive off after the contract and paperwork was signed. I waited 2 hours for the car and never really received an explanation about what was taking so long. That made the overall customer service rating "average" for me. More

Internet Pricing is the Future of Car Buying Honda of Tiffany Springs gave me a fair price via an internet price request before I even came to the dealership in person. After I got there, I chan Honda of Tiffany Springs gave me a fair price via an internet price request before I even came to the dealership in person. After I got there, I changed my mind on the trim level and was promptly given another "best" price without the "What will it take to earn your business today" line that car dealers are famous for. During my car search, I contacted a few other Honda dealers as well. A couple of them wanted me to come in before getting serious with a price. Tiffany Springs and one other dealer gave me their best price right off the bat. (Both dealers were about the same price.) I bought from Tiffany Springs because they were the first one I tried via the web and all three people I worked with were very friendly and helpful. The dance that the buyer and seller go through during a traditional vehicle transaction does nothing but waste time and ruins the experience for the buyer. Internet pricing is the only way to go. Just give me your best price and I will buy it if I like the price. Simple for everyone. On one slightly negative side, the delivery of the vehicle could have been a little better. I didn't feel enough of the features/controls/adjustments were explained or demonstrated. It isn't something that would keep me from buying another vehicle from this dealer because I am sure they would have answered any question I had. I was just expecting more of a demonstration of where everything was, how it worked, etc. More

Sorry but I hate dealing with salesmen and buying new cars but this was a to the point and painless experience from the internet quote with Deana Tosoulas to the salesmen with Lowell Oertwig to the business manager Tim Minter to the delivery specialist Anna Mora. I look forward to buy another vehicle at this dealership!!!! More
