Dean Stathes and the Cincinnati BMW store are AMAZING! This is my first BMW (X5 M Sport) and will definitely not be my last!! I called to inquire about inventory and was lucky enough to get work with Dean This is my first BMW (X5 M Sport) and will definitely not be my last!! I called to inquire about inventory and was lucky enough to get work with Dean Stathes. Throughout the process, I changed my mind a few times and Dean was extremely helpful. I never felt pressured by anyone at the store nor did I ever feel like helping me or answering my many questions was a bother. The leasing process was a breeze (Conor was great and made it a great experience) and took no time at all. Since it was my first BMW, Dean took me through a demonstration of the features of my car and helped me program in phone numbers, radio stations, seat memory, etc. It was the icing on the cake of the wonderful experience! Dean has also called a couple times to check on me and how I am liking the car. Unfortunately we have not yet connected so I hope he sees this message (I LOVE my X5 and so has everyone who has seen it!!!)! I can see they treat their customers like family and I could not ask for a better "family" than the staff here! This store also came highly recommended by a co-worker who had nothing but glowing things to say about this store. Thank you to everyone especially Dean and Conor!! More

I had been gathering my ideas of what kind of car I wanted as my husband was insisting that I purchase something nicer than what the kids were driving. I've always loved BMW's so I searched and found the closest dealer to my driving direction and stopped in to see what they had. I immediately spoke to Dean and he listened to my wants and needs; then we settled on my new X3 that I ordered from the computer. He didn't hard sell, I felt like I was talking to my best friend. 3 weeks later I am the proud owner and driver of the finest vehicle I've ever owned or driven. More
