Went in multiple times looking at a particular truck, wasn’t able to make a deal first time around but third time we made a killer deal. Bob initially started me out by showing me a Hyundai SanteFe. He was very knowledgeable and showed me all of the great features in SanteFe. I was still in comparison mode on that first day, and he was v SanteFe. He was very knowledgeable and showed me all of the great features in SanteFe. I was still in comparison mode on that first day, and he was very helpful but not pushy. The next day, he called and asked how my car hunt was going. Honestly, he was the only salesperson to follow up with me (even though he was off) and that made a difference. I went back that day and worked with Dean, who knew Bob had been working with me and he was very helpful. Dean could tell that the SanteFe was the SUV I wanted and helped me negotiate that deal. I love the car and am extremely satisfied with my new friends at Allen Turner! Would definitely refer them both! More
