Relaxed yet Hard working Mike Smith, our sales rep, track down all of the cars we picked out online. After driving 3 from the lot and messages to and from another dealership a Mike Smith, our sales rep, track down all of the cars we picked out online. After driving 3 from the lot and messages to and from another dealership about two other cars we finally selected a used RAV4. Because of our online research we knew we were getting a good price. They were very accommadating of our little nit-picking about an possible prob with the paint on the hood and the manager came out and waxed the hood of the car while Mike started the paperwork! I needed certain things explain to me more than once and they were never impatient with me. The financing part was painless, thank you Dawn! THANKS SMITTY! More
