We were there over 5 hours, which was a long time, especially for the kids. The problem we had is the vehicle we were going to purchase had a cracked windshield. And instead of fixing it, or offering to fix it, they asked us to wait about a month after purchasing and then turn it into our insurance, since we're MN residents. That did not sit well with us. So they agreed to fix it. But that cost us another trip (we're a couple of hours from Fargo one way) to Fargo. The sales and finance people were nice and we love the vehicle. But not the smoothest experience! More
