Our daughter very recently moved to Worcester from Maui and her prior experience there with Honda prompted her to want to purchase another Honda. My wife had purchased her Honda Civic from Herb Chambers in Westborough, so of course we brought her there. We were introduced to David Yang. David is the epitome of Professionalism. From the start he was interested in our daughter's selection of a 2015 CR-V, pointing out all of the vehicles excellent features including safety, ease of handling, and driver friendly extras. Throughout our discussions, he was very courteous and focused on each of our questions and was very direct and to the point with his answers. We went for a test drive and David became an excellent teacher, taking time to go over each important detail, pausing to direct our attention to features that were not familiar to us. When we returned back to his desk and an agreement was reached, David took care of everything for us and the very next day our daughter was able to pick up her new Honda CR-V. Again, David brought us to the car and instructed each of us on each of the following - safety, ease of handling, and driver friendly features. Our daughter also received a followup call from David the very next day (which was actually on his day off from work) to determine if she had any further questions or concerns about the car. So, amazingly our daughter was able to make her purchase on one day and drive away with her new CR-V the very next day! All because of the courteous Professionalism of David Yang and of course, Herb Chambers Honda of Westborough. More

We were very fortunate David Yang was still working at the dealership. We had a great experience from start to finish. On our first visit we looked at a 2015 CR-V. David was extremely informative about all aspects of the car from standard features in each model to options. On our second visit we test drove the car and then got to the payment options. Again David was thorough and did the best for us. We are now driving our new car and can't rave enough as to how David made it a pleasurable experience. I would definitely recommend David to anyone looking into a new car or used by Honda, Thanks to all from your friendly receptionist to the manager which we finalized our paper work. More

From our first meeting with David Yang, we knew that this was the dealership we would stay with, even though it was not the most convenient for us to get to. David was on top of everything throughout the entire process - never pushy, all the information at his fingertips and always anticipating our next question. From the moment we made our decision, everything happened so fast, and seemingly effortlessly on our part. David found us exactly the model and color Odyssey we wanted. He then worked with his sales manager to get us what we considered to be a very fair price. When Ricardo, the sales manager, discovered that Honda couldn't beat the rate our credit union was offering, he went to the effort of contacting our credit union (who happened to be one of their finance partners) and setting up the financing through them at the best possible rate. David made the arrangements with our insurance company to get the car registered, and we had a new car! David's friendly manner and professionalism made the whole process a pleasure, and when he was busy with another client, Dexter assisted us in his quietly friendly way. Ricardo, likewise, was friendly and very efficient. He definitely went the extra mile to make it all come together. From start to finish, this was the best car buying experience we have had. More

Absolutely pleasant and kind! I had been searching for 2-months for an SUV that I wanted to purchase. I am from Rhode Island so there are many dealers that I had to choose from. I finally decided after driving and researching my options that I wanted a Honda Pilot. I wanted a 2015, Obsidian Blue, Honda Pilot.....loaded. This is a car I am going into my retirement with..so I wanted it to last and I wanted what I wanted. Searched 2-Honda dealers in Rhode Island...pitiful! I am not going to mention any names but they were liars. They both told me there was "no obsidian blue Honda Pilots to be found as far as New York". I was told I am going to have to settle for another color. Very unhappy. My husband was at home and he went on line and looked up where he could find one. Westborough Honda had 2 in Obsidian Blue! I called them and they verified that there were in fact 2-there and I was welcome to come up and take a peek. I was so excited! The car was waiting for me in front of the showroom, running, heated and so were the seats. I met with David Yang and Ricardo DeOliveira, wonderful - we walked in told them what we wanted, the price, I was shocked that they beat the Rhode Island prices and had my car! I am so pleased with this dealership, it doesn't matter that I probably could have had the car shipped to the Seekonk address for Herb Chambers, it was worth the drive and I would do it again and again! Thank you to both of you for making what started as the most unpleasant experience, a wonderful one with an extremely happy ending! I have recommended you to all I know and will continue to do so! With all the bad experienced we had in the pass, we came prepared. when we sat down and told David that we only have half hour, he then started asking what we are looking for. We told him exactly the make, model, color and most importantly the price. Surprisingly, the process went quicker than we thought. Since there was a lot of paper works to sign, we had to come back that night to finish the transaction. We were very happy dealing with David. Very pleasant to talk to. We felt like we were talking to a friend.The next morning David told us that the car is registered. He came to work that day, on his day off, just to personally deliver the car to me. He is the kindest and very knowledgeable car salesperson I have ever met. He showed me everything I need to know on how to operate the vehicle. Especially the complicated such as bluetooth, camera, audio, etc. Also he made sure that I did not leave and forget anything from my old car. I never had this kind of experience before in my life. what a great service. More
