Right when we left the dealer and got on the highway, the car started to shake significantly. Of course the dealership had already closed so I texted my salesman, David Monday morning. I immediately called the local Huyundai service center and was advised to do a walk in appointment because the soonest appointment was over 2 weeks away. I went in first thing Wednesday morning and spent over 3.5 hrs. The service manager locally showed me that all 4 tires had flat spots from not rotating. The car sat at the dealer for 6 months with 15 miles on it and was not properly rotated. The service center said I need 4 new tires and the Wesley Chapel location laughed at me when I told them this. This is a BRAND NEW vehicle and I should not have to deal with this. Wesley Chapel is refusing to handle this and instead asking us to make the 2.5 hr one way trip down to them again. Absolutely not. I thought we were working with people that actually cared and we could trust. The are salesman and only saw dollar signs. They knew we lived far and took advantage of this situation. More
