So far the experience has been good, but I do feel that Acura has better accommodations when it comes to dropping off a vehicle after 5pm and getting you lined up with a loaner vehicle. Where Lexus requi Acura has better accommodations when it comes to dropping off a vehicle after 5pm and getting you lined up with a loaner vehicle. Where Lexus requires you to be there before 3:30 pm if you need a loaner vehicle or at least that was my first interaction, definitely feel like Gillman Acura jumps through hoops to take care of business. Also do find it somewhat difficult to get ahold of finance department about a question I had on a warranty that I purchased, never got a call back on first attempt. More
