Another purchase from Echopark, this time the Centennial branch, as they had a specific car I wanted to look at. David was my sales person this time and as expected a no-hassle, no-pressure experience. As w branch, as they had a specific car I wanted to look at. David was my sales person this time and as expected a no-hassle, no-pressure experience. As with all car sales, there is always a manager who believes he's needed, but also low pressure from him. All in all, transparency, patience and good staff, with the reassurance of a 7 days money back guarantee. My only side note is also a classic, the buyer for your car has the classic story of how your car is now less valuable than last week. I understand they need to optimize their margin, but is there anyone left on this planet who doesn't think it undermines their dealer's brand? Echopark, if you want to differentiate yourself from the market, find alternatives for these elements. Besides that, good to have you around. More

After waiting a week to hear back from someone to get my problems figured out I was finally contacted by someone who actually helped. However, this did not happen until after I had to go online and write a problems figured out I was finally contacted by someone who actually helped. However, this did not happen until after I had to go online and write a review about what happened. I purchased my car not even 3 months ago from Echo and didn't have any problems until I brought it in for routine service to be very shocked when my mechanic came back to me with a $2000+ bill. I was expecting a simple $50 for a routine oil change and tire rotation. When I found out that my rear brakes were at 3mm and my front axel seal had been leaking I was not too happy. As I was told upon purchasing the vehicle they go through a "190" point inspection. When diving deeper into this so called inspection they classify different things a certain way. For instance my leak was considered a stage 1 out of 3. And with the age and mileage on my car somehow a stage 1 leak and brakes at 4mm pass their inspection and they give it the OK to sell. Personally I don't understand how a car with any kind of leak or major maintenance can be deemed sell-able. I was able to get an appointment with Echo to bring the car first thing in the morning after waiting a week where their tech agreed with the issues that were going on and simply said "I will pass this onto my manager for approval and you will get a call from them as soon as possible". That was at 8am, it is currently 4pm and I have yet to receive any form of contact from anyone at this location. Truly making the situation worse due to the poor customer service. More

Purchased a vehicle that to my knowledge and what I was told was in good condition as they performed a "190" point inspection on all their vehicles. However, when I brought it in for routine service at my told was in good condition as they performed a "190" point inspection on all their vehicles. However, when I brought it in for routine service at my mechanic they had found serious damage that should have been caught and assessed when they did said "190" point inspection. After owning the vehicle for less than 3 months the things that came up would not have happened thus meaning they had been there far before I purchased the vehicle. They have had horrible response times and help with this whole situation. Yes it is past the 30 day 1000 mile warranty thing but when it is something that isn't brought to the average drivers attention unless it is taken in for service then how is it supposed to be fixed. These were not told to me upon purchase meaning they did not see them which is weird because my mechanic saw them right away when doing basic service (oil change, tire rotation). This makes me angry because my family has done business with them and I have referred people to them. More
