Overall, I was not pleased with the service I've received. I went in to see a specific car, which they had ready for me, but they didn't talk to me about its features or anything. Just let me test drive and then asked if I wanted it. I guess people do most of their research online these days, but it just didn't seem like they cared. After purchasing the car, the tire pressure light went off on the way home (and no psi readings were showing up in the panel). I brought the car back to be looked at, and they said nothing was wrong and that I just needed to drive it more. Because the light went off again after leaving this dealership, I took it to another Subaru dealer who actually looked and found that something was wrong and replaced the faulty part in the engine. That just reinforced the low quality service I received at Sport Subaru South. There also hasn't been any follow up asking how the car is, etc. which I've experienced from other car purchases. More
