I came to Garden State Honda after I had very bad experience at Nissan dealership at Hawthorne, NJ. I was pleasantly surprised with the show room and all personnel. Dave Russo was very knowledgeable and informative. He explained all advantages Honda has over other competitors. He was very assertive but not pushy, highly professional but not formal and dry. We had feeling that we came to the friend who will give us a good advise and will take good care of us. He is very intelligent and nice person. We got a great deal and Dave made all process of buying a new car very smooth and enjoyable. Overall we had great time. After nerve racking experience at Nissan dealership we now can say that not all dealerships are created equal.
