Had a recall fixed on a a vacuum pump. The vehicle had a ticking noise the service tech determined that it was a vacuum pump and fixed it it a timely manner. Great experience! No quality checks I took my truck in for a simple recall visit that should have been routine, so I thought. It took three tries for them to get it right after calling m I took my truck in for a simple recall visit that should have been routine, so I thought. It took three tries for them to get it right after calling me and telling me it was ready. Not only was it frustrating, but It didn't appear anyone performs checks on the vehicles to make sure the customer is not inconvenienced. Eventually it was all fixed, but it took three days and four visits back to the dealership. So needless to say, doubtful I will return. More
