Everyone I encountered at the dealership was kind, courteous, and professional. My wait time was good, in fact, my car was completed sooner. I enjoyed the video that was sent that explained what was c courteous, and professional. My wait time was good, in fact, my car was completed sooner. Left a voicemail in the morning, no call back, one dropped call and another promised call back by a seperate representative, no call while waiting forever on hold at the end of the day. Ridiculousness. More
