Always knew Bettenhausen had a good reputation. Drove 20 miles to shop during the Winter Season Savings event in Feb. Went in the dealership, met the Chrysler Manufacturer Rep, he was there for 3 d Drove 20 miles to shop during the Winter Season Savings event in Feb. Went in the dealership, met the Chrysler Manufacturer Rep, he was there for 3 days, talked business and connected with Dave Martinez. (Sales) Explained we didn’t need to buy a car but would if the figures made sense. Traded a 2018 Pacifica. Bought a 2023 Pacifica. Dave was very good, quick, understood we weren't playing but were buyers. Initially we were a bit apart, Dave asked how much, I told him, he asked if we’d buy at that price and I said yes. (That’s key if you’re really a buyer) He connected with the GM or next level Manager and 5 min later we had a deal. Walked in on a Saturday at 12:05, traded the 2018, cleaned out the Pacifica, and drove home the 2023 Pacifica at 2:20 PM on the same day. A little over 2 hours to get the deal done and drive it home. Brought them the funds on Monday. Great way to do business. Nice job all the way around. More
