It was such a friendly, fun, inviting place to shop for a vehicle. I had been in 2 times before. Over the weekend, after a long exhaustion car shopping day, I returned to Bettenhausen. My sales Managers Nick Nowak and David Martinez made it a seamless experience for me. Nick remembered me and knew what vehicle I was there for. I was exhausted and they took care of me so quickly and they met all my needs. I felt like they really wanted my business, which is nice. There was no haggle price, just honesty which I appreciated. David was great and I will recommend him to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. I was able to get the price I wanted to where I felt great walking out. In fact, I left walking out of their thinking about our next family vehicle (my husband's car) and how it will come from Bettenhausen. Rita Roberts, Delivery Specialist, was also great in showing me how to work all the great details inside the vehicle. It was close to closing time and she never rushed over anything. She even offered to grab something I left inside for me instead of having me have to go back in again. Also, other Sales Managers and the greeter/receptionist at the front desk also took the time to ask me if I needed anything and have conversation with me during my wait. I told him what I wanted and he was able to make it happen. I am also pleased with the service when leaving with my car. Rita Roberts had approached me on the way out and helped me pair my phone and run me through a very quick tutorial of the settings. The questions I did have were answered by Rita. I have been dreading purchashing a new vehicle and putting it off, but Dave made the experience painless. He dealt with me being indecisive. I had to come back more than once. I wanted to see what else was out there, and nothing topped what Dodge had to offer. Dave didn't hesitate to let me drive and check out as many cars as I wanted until I figured out the right one. He worked with me financially to get me to a price point I was comfortable with. The people behind the scenes went above and beyond to call the banks and to try to get me the most for my trade in. Dave answered my million questions and always with a smile on his face. This made this experience much better than I had anticipated!
