The car was a present for New Year's eve, and Kate did everything possible, right from the day we placed the order, to make sure that I had the car in time and that the day was as special as could be. She kept me apprised of the car's whereabouts (from the factory floor, to the docks, through processing and to the dealership), and it made the process much more exciting. She has a very pleasant way about her and is a credit to the BMW/MINI brand. Thanks, Kate! David handled the delivery for us, and he is an absolute gentleman.
