David helped me all along the way, first by determining the model that was right for me (Clubman). I was looking around at other places for a lower cost car, but David helped me see that the features I really wanted were worth the extra cost. He led me to the best car for me without being pushy. I wasn't happy with the color (Thunder Gray), but when he showed what it would look like with red mirror caps, it changed my mind. I am enjoying my new car, and appreciated the time David took to show me all the features. I highly recommend the whole experience at Herb Chambers, and am in LOVE with my new car! More
