When we arrived at the dealership David greeted us at our car. He was extremely nice, asking us what we were looking for and brought us directly to his office. He went over the specs with us as we knew this was what we wanted. I cannot say enough good things about the experience we had with both David and Colton! They were both very accommodating, knowledgeable about their product, and made us feel very comfortable purchasing the car from Paramount Kia. I will definitely recommend this dealership to others. First things first when we received our initial registration there was a wrong reflect the buying experience. Our actual buying experience was good. First things first when we received our initial registration there was a wrong name on it. We called and spoke with someone about the issue and were assured it would be fixed. This was repeated every time we received a renewed registration. To add salt to the wound we were told at 35k miles my vehicle needed a new engine, luckily this was covered under warranty only after proving that we always had the oil changed!! Fast forward to last week. My wife and I attempt to trade in our Kia and are told that yet again the title issue is not fixed. So we are stuck in limbo while again asking this dealership to fix THEIR mistake. We are given no offer of compensation of any kind even after having to make an additional car payment due to THEIR mistake... Their idea of helping is telling me that the dealership selling the new car should help or that I should contact my lienholder to have them forgive the payment!! UNBELIEVABLE!! More
