This is the worst BMW service department I've been to. The team is nice but the work isn't up to par with BMW standards I feel. They take your money and hand tou back more mess. And this is the one place where my SUV should be safe, not ransacked and have money stolen. I don't care if it's $5 down to .50 cents, staff have absolutely no business going through secure areas and stealing money from folks' cars. This is not standard. I was told "something like this happened in the past, but sometimes bad apples happen". Don't bring your car here, they don't care. It's a mediocre dealership that lacks the professionalism a BMW dealership should have. I would give zero stars if I could. More

David continuously tries to upscale you on repairs that your car does not need. My car came in for a recall and he constantly tried to give me repairs I do not need. One time he help my car hostage and ign your car does not need. My car came in for a recall and he constantly tried to give me repairs I do not need. One time he help my car hostage and ignored all my calls because the insurance had not sent him the money and I had to call my insurance to call him so he could finally answer. All he has done was cause problems and try to get me to do unnecessary repairs that I do not need. Please stay away from it at all cost More
