Lease I went to Suburban Toyota of Troy to inquire about a lease of a RAV4. My contact there was Stephan Sackett. He was very knowledgeable and explained t I went to Suburban Toyota of Troy to inquire about a lease of a RAV4. My contact there was Stephan Sackett. He was very knowledgeable and explained the lease process too me, and the features of each model. When he went to obtain the keys Manager Dave Gottschalk came over and introduced himself. I was impressed with his effort to make time to introduce himself. During the test drive of the RAV4LEX Stephan explained how the features of the instrument panel eg: Bluetooth , parking back up system etc. He was very patient and explicit. (Amazing amount of built in conviences). When I took delivery the next day Stephan made sure to ask me if I had any questions, and again he spent time too answer the question. I never felt pressured to make any decisions Immediately. The experience at this dealership was the best I ever had. Kudos to everyone I encountered at Suburban Toyota of Troy for the excellent service they provide to customers. I would highly recommend this dealership to family and friends. More

Excellent repeat experience! Three years ago I needed a car in a hurry - my old car was failing and I was only in town for one day. I went to several dealers but only Suburban To Three years ago I needed a car in a hurry - my old car was failing and I was only in town for one day. I went to several dealers but only Suburban Toyota was able to get me the car and color I wanted. We completed the transaction in about five hours and drove home in our new car. Great customer service - kudos to Suburban! Three years later our lease was about due to expire so I contacted Lazer Volaj, the sales rep who I worked with before. I found that 2019 Corolla production was ending and that 2019 cars with the options and color I wanted were not easily available. Lazer called around several states to find exactly what I was looking for, got the car shipped to Suburban, and was able to pull my old lease forward by three months so I could get it at once. As before, the deal was handled quickly, courteously and professionally. Everyone we dealt with at Suburban was helpful, not pushy, and made the transaction as smooth as possible. We drove our new Barcelona Red Corolla XSE home on Friday and so far we love it. I'm sure that Suburban will continue to give us the fine service we enjoyed on our old car for the next three years, and you may be sure we will come back there when we are ready to lease our next new car from them. More
