She gave us good info, explained options, etc. She even explained to my son how financing a portion of price could help to build credit vs paying cash. Most importantly, she was never pushy to make the sale either way. I am 4th generation of business family and I wont tolerate a fast talking, pushy, or judgmental salesperson. I expect to be treated with "old school quality customer service" and I am here to say that Alejandra & City Chevy/Ford was a great place to shop for a vehicle.
