Title: Buyer Beware — A Disappointing Change in a Dealership I Previously Trusted I have purchased vehicles from Aschenbach Ford in the past and previously had positive experiences. Unfortunately, Dealership I Previously Trusted I have purchased vehicles from Aschenbach Ford in the past and previously had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my most recent purchase has been completely different. Since the change in sales management, the level of customer service, transparency, and attention to detail does not seem to be what it once was. I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue in May 2026, expecting a dependable vehicle that I could confidently drive for years. Instead, this has turned into one of the most frustrating and disappointing vehicle purchases I’ve experienced. BUYERS BEWARE — CHECK YOUR PAPERWORK CAREFULLY! After purchasing my vehicle, the dealership contacted me to inform me that I had been overcharged approximately $2,000 for my extended warranty. I had to return to sign corrected financing documents. A discrepancy of this amount is not something customers should have to worry about when making such a significant purchase. I strongly encourage buyers to review every charge, especially extended warranties and additional products. Unfortunately, the paperwork issues were only the beginning. Within two weeks of purchasing my Rogue, I reported numerous diagnostic trouble codes, radar sensor concerns, vibration, and safety-system issues. I was assured the dealership would address my concerns. However, after bringing the vehicle back, I was told nothing was wrong and received no documentation showing what had been inspected or repaired. Over the following months, I continued experiencing problems involving the collision-warning and safety systems. These ongoing concerns have left me uncomfortable driving a vehicle I purchased specifically for dependable transportation. More recently, while researching trade-in options, I discovered that a vehicle-history service reports an accident associated with my Rogue. This was never disclosed to me during the sale, nor was I provided a vehicle-history report. I have not been involved in an accident since purchasing the vehicle. While I am still investigating the details, this discovery is especially concerning given the safety-system problems I’ve experienced. What makes this experience even more disappointing is that I was a returning customer. I trusted Aschenbach Ford based on my previous experiences and expected the same level of service and professionalism. Unfortunately, that trust has been seriously damaged. I purchased this vehicle intending to keep it for at least five years. Instead, after only a few months, I am already considering trading it in because I no longer have confidence in its reliability or safety systems. My advice to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here: Carefully review all financing and warranty charges, obtain an independent vehicle-history report, and have the vehicle inspected before purchasing. As a returning customer, I expected much better. More
