My first contact at Scranton Motors was with Marcell Thomas. Marcell Thomas greeted me when I entered the showroom at Scranton Motors. I was drawn to the dealership by a very strange letter indicating that Scran Marcell Thomas greeted me when I entered the showroom at Scranton Motors. I was drawn to the dealership by a very strange letter indicating that Scranton wanted to buy back my 2014 GMC Sierra 1500. I sat with Marcell and he explained the circumstances behind the letter being that Scranton was attempting to augment their used car inventory with known good condition vehicles. We discussed my wants for a new truck and Marcell went about showing me what they had in stock. No pressure, just a very low key review of what they had at the moment. The entire sales staff was very pleasant and stepped in when Marcell had questions . I walked out owning the "Big White Truck" as my wife calls it. Thank You Marcell and David. More
