Your service department is the worst that I have ever dealt with in 35 years of being in the automotive industry. I wound up having to trade in a car with a blown up engine in it because Kia would not re dealt with in 35 years of being in the automotive industry. I wound up having to trade in a car with a blown up engine in it because Kia would not replace it and and it was still under warranty Now on the purchase side I dealt with Nena she was awesome. She answered every question tended to all my needs got me the vehicle I needed to put my daughter into and David. The manager got the payments right where they needed to be. I had no issues with them. They were both great. Nena was awesome. More

No service after the sale when they make mistakes that ends up costing you later. They told me I could change my payment date on the lease and you can't. Also tax on your lease monthly. They call you on their private cell phones so it can't be recorded. If you have a problem at the Kia dealerships they are all franchise so you have no recourse if you have a bad cell service or anything because the general manager blocks you from finding out who owns the franchise. He said he was going to get my car payment changed but would not give me the contact person he said he had to call and was the only person that could help me he also told me not to speak to anybody else about the problem. If you call Kia Regional they're just answering service for Kia but they can't do anything for you because Kia finance is its own company as well as Kia dealerships our franchise like McDonald's. Now I'm stuck with a car payment due on the 1st and I don't get paid till the 15th of the month when I get my disability check from SSI. Every month I have a late fee for the next 4 years. More

Lorenzo was excellent and super knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything but ended up with exactly what I wanted. Kia North informed me that they could match the 0% interest rate currently offered by Hyundai, but only for 2024 models. Naturally, I was thrilled. However, when Kia North checked for available 2024 models statewide, they were dishonest and claimed there were none available. Their response time is frustratingly slow at this store, prompting me to reach out to other dealerships myself and I found one at Kia West. When I informed Kia North about the availability of a 2024 model at Kia West dealership, they stated they couldn't access it even though Kia West informed me Kia North should be able to access it. (Seriously, what is the point of looking around at other stores if you can't acccess them?) It seemed clear that they preferred to sell me a 2025 model at a 6% interest rate instead. I walked out as they refused to honor their agreement. More

The Greenway Kia North staff is professional, nice and knowledgeable. From the day that I purchased my car (4.5yrs ago) to when I recently bought my car in for service, I never felt pressure from the team knowledgeable. From the day that I purchased my car (4.5yrs ago) to when I recently bought my car in for service, I never felt pressure from the team and I always felt my vehicle would be taken well care of. They kept me updated on the progress and even had my car ready to go sooner than expected! Always a great experience at this dealership. More
