Before I buy a car, I always take my time researching the various aspects. I make spreadsheets, I know the MSRP and the invoice prices; I look into other neighboring states; I look at Costco auto purchase pr various aspects. I look at Truecar; I set up a separate email account to cut down on the noise, etc. I know the payment given a certain interest rate, etc. I take several months before I pull the trigger. I know which features I want, the features I don’t need but I can consider, and the features I would not take even if they were given to me for David Abrams. I have to say, that dealing with David Abrams was a nice reward to doing all my homework. With a few emails and phone calls, David managed to deal with my demands and give me an option that other dealers had not come up with. He found a car at the right price. I felt that he was upfront with me and did not waste my time. He met my price objective and got the car that very closely matched my expectations. Oddly enough, it came from another dealership 3 miles from my house, but that sales person never arrived at that VIN. And the one he was selling me was not as close or at the right price point. I will in the market for another car, and I will still do my homework, but I know that I can rely on David Abrams to come through. I will give him a shot at my business first.
