It’s state-of-the-art. The fact that Valley Honda has the largest volume of Hondas in the Midwest was what brought us in from 2 hours away. But when we arrived, we knew we did the right thing. Everyone was so friendly. No one was pushier than necessary in doing their job. And selling at a volume as high as this dealership sells, it’s easier to get a deal done. After suffering with three other dealers closer to home, Dave and I worked a deal for a new accord in about ten minutes via e-mail messages. The same was true with the business office. I knew I wanted an extended warranty and did my home work. They price matched from an East Coast dealer and then happily negotiated the tire/wheel/dent/key part of the contract. Easy-peezy! If you value your time and sanity, don't mess about. Go to Valley and buy the car you want at a fair price from people who will value your business. More
