I went into Valley just to look at the HRV even though I love my 2019 Honda FIT. My son needed a newer car, so I figured my FIT would suit him and I would look for a newer car for myself. Since Honda stoppe love my 2019 Honda FIT. My son needed a newer car, so I figured my FIT would suit him and I would look for a newer car for myself. Since Honda stopped making the FIT, I always assumed the HRV was my next option but wasn't sure if I could afford it. I wanted to go back to leasing but knew it was likely a bigger payment than I wanted. Dave came back with numbers and as I braced myself for the bad news, I was shocked that it was wonderful news! I also really wanted a car in some shade of blue/teal and they had the perfect color, Nordic Pearl, in stock and ready to go. There were so many other benefits that went along with the deal, that it was the most pleasant car lease/purchase I've ever had. I even learned about their huge service department that I will be switching to even with my FIT. Dave and Mari made the whole process a joy and my New HRV Sport has more new features than I could have ever imagined. My purchase of a 2026 Honda Passport was a great experience. I went to a dealer in another state to do some pre-work before traveling back to IL so my first contact was via email and text to resear experience. David helped me through the process providing information on the models and the costs. I was pleasantly surprised that there were essentially no hidden fees when we reviewed the costs. I reserved the car prior to traveling back to IL and David had the car ready and waiting for me when I arrived. He explained all of the features of the car and took me quickly through the paperwork (one of my requests was that this - buying a car - didn't turn into an all day activity). When David was done I had a quick interaction with Rose Hernandez - Finance Mgr. - who was also very helpful in finalizing the transaction. Kind of a non-traditional way to purchase a car but still was a great experience! More
