My experience with BMW of Silver Spring is mixed. While my sales person David S. was excellent, very knowledgeable and made the process easy, the financing team was most difficult to deal with. It to While my sales person David S. was excellent, very knowledgeable and made the process easy, the financing team was most difficult to deal with. It took my 3 days to get my car. The finance guy Steve was not the best to work with, he kept reminding us about how much money they are losing on the new car when in fact this is not the responsibility of them. I guess he just cannot take off the sales person hat. For some strange reason, the finance team was responsible for my trade, asked for a CarMax match, they gave us $2k less than what I have printed. They also tried to jack to finance rate. Overall, sales person great but NOT the finance person. More

Dave Strassman has been my client advisor for a decade now, and I trust him with some of the most important decisions I've ever made about my car. He is knowledgeable and really looks out for me. As I was considering my lease buyout he carefully walked me through the options and steered me in the right direction. When it came to purchase day, Gen Awanohara did a fantastic job. Gen provided me all the information I needed to make warranty decisions ahead of time, allowing me the chance to run numbers and think through my decisions. When it came to do the paperwork he was organized, on top of things, and efficient. He also steered me in the right direction for the warranty based on my driving habits and what made the most sense for my situation. I highly recommend them both! More

Gen was honest, straightforward and helpful in our finance meeting. Honestly, it was the best experience I have had in such a meeting in my 40 years of buying and leasing vehicles. He was pleasant and finance meeting. Honestly, it was the best experience I have had in such a meeting in my 40 years of buying and leasing vehicles. He was pleasant and easy to work with and never applied any pressure to purchase an option that we did not want. In fact, to streamline our process, he narrowed down our relevant options to three which also made our time spent in his office only what was necessary. More
