Dave Smith of Dean Team Subaru was extremely helpful in the car buying process. I did a ton of research going in and had an idea of what I wanted and he really helped me to find the perfect option for me. the car buying process. I did a ton of research going in and had an idea of what I wanted and he really helped me to find the perfect option for me. He went over different options with me as far as purchasing vs. leasing and what would make the most sense for me financially. A few months ago, I walked out of a different dealership because of the pushy salesperson. I previously felt as though I was just a sale to this person and they did not value me. My experience with Dave was the complete opposite of what I experienced with this other sales person. Dave made me feel valued and respected as a customer and as a person. This was my first new car purchase and Dave made me feel comfortable the entire time. He did not push me into anything that I didn’t want and I felt respected as his client. He really took the time to listen to me. Additionally, Dave made the process fun. He took the time to get to know me on a personal level. He laughed and joked around while also maintaining professionalism. Dave took his time with me and I did not feel rushed at all. He stayed past the time he was supposed to leave to help me out and complete my sale. He took time out of his Saturday evening to thoroughly help me with my car purchase. That truly meant a lot to me! Dave made my experience at Dean Team Subaru all around wonderful. He continues do to so by checking in with me to ensure that I am satisfied with my purchase and inquire about any questions I might have. He gives the impression that he genuinely wants to help and enjoys what he does. Dave Smith is an incredible asset to the Dean Team Subaru Team! More

Truth be told, I HATE car buying .. the hassle, the haggling and the pressure sales. I don't even really like to test drive! However, Dave and the staff at Dean Team Subaru changed my perception!
