Before my appointment, I explicitly told salesperson Victor that I had a work meeting afterward, was comparing several vehicles within a lower budget, and would only consider purchasing if the unwanted add-ons were removed. After my test drive, I simply requested their best out-the-door price so I could compare my options and return if interested. Instead, the pricing presentation appeared to treat my **$4,000 down payment as though it were a dealership discount**, while also including an even more expensive add-on that I had repeatedly rejected. I found this extremely misleading. When I later raised these concerns respectfully, Victor criticized me for comparing vehicles and brought up my work meeting, even though I had disclosed that scheduling limitation before arriving. The manager subsequently offered a small discount but did not adequately address my pricing concerns or my request for an independent pre-purchase inspection. I came prepared to consider buying a vehicle, but left with serious concerns about the dealership's pricing transparency and professionalism. **My advice to prospective buyers: demand a fully itemized out-the-door quote, independently verify all calculations, reject unwanted add-ons in writing, and insist on an independent inspection before purchasing.
