I live over 20 minutes away from the dealership and needed to wait while the service on my Honda was performed. The wait was less time then they said and very much appreciate that. Everyone I was in co needed to wait while the service on my Honda was performed. The wait was less time then they said and very much appreciate that. We have been customers of Williamson Honda since 1993. Our first vehicle we bought was a 1993 Oldsmobile Achieva. My window on the passenger side started sliding down on it's own on my way home from work on Thursday, October 27, 2011. I turned around and went directly to Williamson Honda. I told Dave Rose that he wa it's own on my way home from work on Thursday, October 27, 2011. I turned around and went directly to Williamson Honda. I told Dave Rose that he wasn't expecting me but what had happened. He was able to pry the window up and taped it. They took it into the back and came out and told me they had the part and were able to repair it yet that night. I had a fixed window and was on my way in less than an hour. I am so pleased with the service that I received. More

Ron sold us our first Honda lease in 2000 and has been doing it ever since! He is prompt to answer phone calls, questions, work out details, and make our lease transition smooth. Scott promptly drew up th doing it ever since! He is prompt to answer phone calls, questions, work out details, and make our lease transition smooth. Scott promptly drew up the papers and explained everything thoroughly. The last service we had done Dave Rose was the service person and he was great to explain what was done and what would be needed next time. We have had nothing but great service for 11 years from Williamson Honda; everyone from our salesman, Ron to the lady at the "pay counter" - polite, helpful, professional. We have recommended Williamson Honda to family and friends and will continue to do so! More

From the time I drove the CRV into the service shop, the courtesy ride to work, the phone call to let me know what was done to the vehicle, the courtesy ride back to the dealership, to the "cashier", everyt courtesy ride to work, the phone call to let me know what was done to the vehicle, the courtesy ride back to the dealership, to the "cashier", everything was very professional and courteous. The service advisor, Dave, was very helpful and set my expectations properly when he let me know the amount of time it would take to complete the service provided. I truly appreciated Dave's customer ser expectations properly when he let me know the amount of time it would take to complete the service provided. I truly appreciated Dave's customer service and willingness to go the extra mile. Part of the service provided during this visit was to install a fog light kit I ordered through the Williamson Parts department. Unfortunately the parts department was not as through as I would like, they did not order the correct switch for the fog light kit and I needed to return the next day in order to have the correct switch installed. Dave had the switch installed in less than 5 minutes as he promised the day before, so please commend Dave for his fine customer service skills. More
