I have been with Garavel Subaru for over 15 years now. Not only do I love their cars, but I also love everyone who works there — especially Mr. Dave Novak. He is one of the coolest, most knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly (for me), patient professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I’ve had over 10 Subarus (possibly more!), typically leasing them, and the process has always been hands down super easy and genuinely enjoyable. For many years, I worked with Mr. Miles Shapiro, who was absolutely awesome but has since been on sabbatical. He is the one who introduced my husband and me to Dave, and while I truly miss Miles (and his beautiful angel Lulu — may she rest in peace), having Dave take care of us now has been absolutely amazing. I tend to drag my feet when it comes to switching up my leases, and Dave literally has the patience of a saint. We started talking about the process over the summer, and I finally went in today to trade in my Crosstrek for a brand-new 2026 Impreza — which I am already obsessed with. Dave worked with us throughout the entire process. When I arrived at Subaru today, I was tired, cranky, and still not wanting to deal with trading in my car. But within minutes of talking to Dave — joking around, getting all the help we needed, and having him walk us through absolutely everything about the new car — my mood completely turned around. By the end, I was genuinely excited and so happy about my beautiful new car. Not only was Dave incredibly helpful with all the paperwork and information, but he also cleaned out my entire trade-in vehicle, something I was fully planning (and dreading) to do myself. I was shocked and so thankful. These gestures, along with his amazing demeanor, truly show what a great person he is — and he’s all that and more. And the same goes for Garavel Subaru as a whole. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and genuinely wonderful. One of my favorite things I learned today is all they do for local animal rescues, including donations and adoption events. I don’t think I will ever own or want a car that isn’t a Subaru, and I know for sure I would never go anywhere else. Thank you, Dave. Thank you, Miles, for introducing us. And thank you, Garavel Subaru, for all of these amazing years. You guys are truly the best. If anyone is curious about this dealership or who to work with, I hope this review helps you make the right decision — an amazing car brand and an even more amazing dealership. Here’s to another gorgeous Impreza and many more to come in the future! More

I knew I wanted a Subaru Crosstrek for its safety and fuel efficiency, and He was knowledgable, a great communicator, and not pushy in the slightest. I knew I wanted a Subaru Crosstrek for its safety and fuel efficiency, and I originally walked in to test drive the 2025 model. However, when I saw a 2021 Crosstrek Limited model available with low mileage and that Garavel provided a 100K mile drivetrain warranty on it, I knew I found my car. I like how Dave introduced me to every department including team members in the service department the first day I got there, and its a major reason why I purchased the additional 3-year maintenance plan so I can work with them. Will definitely be sending family and friends to Garavel. Thank you! More
