No exaggeration, no intrusive question, nor urging for a decision. What’s more, after we got a deal, he would still patiently explain to me how to setup the vehicle to ensure smooth transition. Wasn't sure of what he was doing and almost sold me this $23,000 vehicle for $3,500. until I pointed out the mistake. Perhaps a little more training and everyone needs to understand that the customer's time is just as valuable as the dealership personnel, maybe more. More
