Family since the beginning I scheduled my appointment with my old salesman John Marshall to purchase my second Pilot since my 1st one did its job and protected my children in a I scheduled my appointment with my old salesman John Marshall to purchase my second Pilot since my 1st one did its job and protected my children in a massive accident and was totaled beyond repair. We looked at 4 different Certified Pilots because I want what I want and he found it, again. I have been dealing with this dealership since they opened their doors in 2006 by using their service department with my Honda Civic from another dealer. I have purchased every Honda through here and always had great experiences. This visit, I learned what they meant when they CERTIFY their used vehicles. My Pilot was so new to the lot, it wasn't truly inspected for resale, but I wanted it. Well, needless to say, it needed new tires, new brakes, oil change, transmission fluid change, and all the other stuff that gets done. I became a fun fixture in the dealership, but it was worth knowing everything that was happening to benefit the SAFETY of my young children. Richard LoBraico personally discussed why things were taking so long. Other staff were keeping me company and providing me with conversation such as Dave offering my doughnuts. At the end, Anthony took the time to show me my new Pilot since it had different features than my older model. I LOVE the TEAM effort. I go in there and see how the sales reps treat each other and the management treat other employees and the staff treat the customers, and I can't say that it's a family. I have seen the same people since the beginning and that's the number 1 reason I continue to return with MY business. More

Takes a little while but.. I recently leased my fourth vehicle from the team at Atlantic Honda and as always I left satisfied with my CRV and everything it had in it and on it. I recently leased my fourth vehicle from the team at Atlantic Honda and as always I left satisfied with my CRV and everything it had in it and on it. Dave Moore and John Marshall made sure that I was satisfied with what I was driving. Every time I go in it seems to get easier of a process. The only thing I wish could be better is how much time it takes to get things going. I know they're very busy there but it always seems to take so long. Three and a half hours from start to finish so I always have to make sure I have half a day to get it done. All in all though, I always get what I want and leave happy. Thank you John Marshall and Dave Moore for everything. More

My leasing experience at Atlantic honda I gave the rating I did because I had "good" service at this dealership. I ended up leaving with a car to lease but it was not at the price that I had I gave the rating I did because I had "good" service at this dealership. I ended up leaving with a car to lease but it was not at the price that I had wanted to pay. We were able to come to an agreeement and I have heard ads on the radios for other dealerships with other car companies with a cheaper lease. I spent almost 6 hours at the dealership trying to make a deal. It was a long progress and I am happy with my car in the long run but I think they cared a little bit too much about the money and not enough about how many miles I want to be driving. I only got 10,000 miles per year. More

The BEST Honda Dealership I have been leasing cars from Atlantic Honda for the past 8 years. I have dealt with John Marshall and Dave Moore exclusively and will continue to do so. I have recommended them to 4 friends who have all bought cars from them. They all said John and Dave were great! They both are extremely knowledgeable, professional, kind, patient, very willing to work with you and not pressure you at all. The whole process is relatively quick with every detail being fully explained. My experience at Atlantic Honda for the past 8 years has been exceptional, from the Service Dept, Finance Dept, and everyone in between. But it's John Marshall and Dave Moore who have continuously exceeded my expectations in the car buying/leasing process. Simply stated, John Marshall and Dave Moore are the BEST! More
