He explained everything about the repairs needed and kept me from repairing unnecessary items. He was patient in explaining any issues and answered all of my questions. He kept informed of the progress the repair department was making and when the job would be finished.
His honesty, willingness to make sure I was satisfied with the work, and his not taking advantage of me made me a Val Ward customer. When I need a new car, I will ask David who to see at Val Ward.
