Dave was great and very helpful and informative with everything and I was only there for an oil change. Service department did a great job and pointed out a few things I didn't know about my vehicle and everything and I was only there for an oil change. Service department did a great job and pointed out a few things I didn't know about my vehicle and also gave me the full Carfax for my new (used) Jetta. People complain about "dealership prices" for things like oil changes but it's honestly not that much more than going to a random mom & pop place or a chain where the folks there probably won't know my vehicle nearly as well as the people here. The added personal touches, video of my vehicle inspection, and customary wash made it more than worth the extra $20 or so. I will definitely be back for future maintenance at the very least. More
