The agreement was oil changes for life. The new ownership will not except the contract I had prior. It's a contract under the name on the building. It does say a new name on the property. The people in the service department are excellent. But the prices that have changed and the have been very upsetting. The dealership removed the lifetime oil change deal when ownership changed. Along with my appointment for an oil changed, I also requested a rear window wiper arm replacement. Even though the appointment ownership changed. Along with my appointment for an oil changed, I also requested a rear window wiper arm replacement. Even though the appointment was made two weeks in advanced they didn't have the part there when I arrived. They rescheduled and gave me an estimate of $230 for the repair. I bought the parts on Amazon and replaced it myself for under $20. More

Excellent car care, as always, and excellent customer care, too. Just after the oil change I had sudden problems with acceleration. I turned around and went back to the dealership, and they took my car care, too. Just after the oil change I had sudden problems with acceleration. I turned around and went back to the dealership, and they took my car in right away, despite a full schedule of repairs. Turns out it was a minor problem (something blocking a sensor) that was easily fixed -- at no charge!. So pleased with Vision Hyundai! More
