The cost was high on the windshield blades. The machine for inspection had broken down. They took my car to another one of their shops, and that machine broke down. The people in the service department are excellent. But the prices that have changed and the have been very upsetting. The dealership removed the lifetime oil change deal when ownership changed. Along with my appointment for an oil changed, I also requested a rear window wiper arm replacement. Even though the appointment ownership changed. Along with my appointment for an oil changed, I also requested a rear window wiper arm replacement. Even though the appointment was made two weeks in advanced they didn't have the part there when I arrived. They rescheduled and gave me an estimate of $230 for the repair. I bought the parts on Amazon and replaced it myself for under $20. More
