Frustrating but my sales person helped turn it around At first very frustrating and upsetting due to first salesperson, Daryl, giving me incorrect information and not truly checking with his boss and not At first very frustrating and upsetting due to first salesperson, Daryl, giving me incorrect information and not truly checking with his boss and not communicating my wants with the new salesperson. My new salesperson, Juan, turned the situation around after seeing how upset I was, communicated with management and was given a much better and closer trade in value. I would have given him five stars; however you only asked for overall rating of the dealership. And although the dealership also played a part in turning the situation around, the fact that it happened in the first place means I can only give four stars. More
