We have bought our last 3 vehicles from Newton and have always had a wonderful experience! There was a snafu with the online pricing for a Murano that was on the lot. It was priced well under what it was supposed to be. While they could not honor that price on that Murano, they were able to put us in one that was almost identical for that price! I am a returning customer..that should speak volumes.. unfortunately my salesman Roger Blackburn is no longer in sales.. when I reached out to him he politely and caringly recommended Daryl Oldfield. Roger even met me in the showroom so I would see a familar face.. Daryl turned out to be just as efficient and I was pleased with his enthusiasm.. he made sure I was familar with all aspects of my new vehicle before leaving.. answered all my questions and was very knowledgable on said vehicle... He made the experience relaxed, no pressure, made me feel comfortable during the whole process.. even came in on his day off the help finalize the deal Daryl also called me the next day just to check and make sure I didnt need any further assistance. There was also one other gentleman that stepped up before Daryl could get to the Dealership, I have forgotten his name..but I'm sure Daryl can name him.. He too, was very polite and helpful.. All in all it was a very pleasant experience AGAIN.. and if the time comes that I decide for an upgrade Newton Nissan will difinately be my go to...
