It's always a pleasure to work with Greg Hoag and Chad Erwin. Everything is explained and they double-check with you to make sure you understand every detail. Greg gives you all the time you need to make a decision, then sits down with you after the purchase to go over all the car controls and options. A complete job. We financed our last car with Honda due to a great low rate and Chad reviewed all the numbers with us and explained everything so we could easily understand. Both guys are very friendly and complete. I have back problems and had to sign the paperwork in my car. No problem. Chad and Greg handled that with class! Honda cars are quality products and this dealership is the icing on the cake. The service department is top notch, also. Especially Darrin Curry. Thanks. One last thing; everytime I went through their front door someone was there to open it for me! More

Very satisfied with the service we get at Honda of Lincoln. Ways they could improve would be wash my car as part of the service. Over the years of our association with Honda of Lincoln (we bought our first Honda from them in 2000), we have been especially impressed with the service department personnel. A specific example is Darrin (we bought our first Honda from them in 2000), we have been especially impressed with the service department personnel. A specific example is Darrin Curry whom we have always found to be friendly, courteous, and helpful. He takes the time needed to listen to and answer our questions; and, if necessary, does extra research to find a good answer. He persists until any job is done, and done well. Although we live in Lincoln, if we did not, we would be willing to drive a hundred miles to have our car serviced/repaired at this Honda dealership. Bob & Ann More

Williamson staff is always proactive in caring for my van - explaining at each visit what I can expect for future maintenance which helps us budget for the expense. I brought my vehicle in for service and a tire replacement. The work was done quickly and everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and professional. Everyone working in the service shop alwa replacement. The work was done quickly and everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous and professional. Everyone working in the service shop always treats me as if I was their only customer. They answer all of my questions and do the work perfectly everytime. I have been driving Honda's from this dealership for more than 10 years. I would recommend them to everyone that wants outstanding service and value from a car dealership. More
