I needed mechanical work done on my van, I purchased it at a different dealership with their warranty. The warranty company was having a hard time giving Honda approval to fix the van. Colby spent a lot of time going back and forth making calls to get approval. Thankfully his hard work paid off and I got my van running properly up. I took our car in because I hit a raccoon and the dash had a flag saying take to dealer….. When I took it to Honda of Lincoln after looking at it they called and recommended an auto body repair shop, Mid had a flag saying take to dealer….. When I took it to Honda of Lincoln after looking at it they called and recommended an auto body repair shop, Mid Town-who we have worked with before and like their work, because of the damage done. Jeff Williams called saying he’d take the car to Mid Town, which he did and certainly did not have to do. Jeff is such a great guy it didn’t surprise me he’d do that. The car will be ready on Monday.😄 More
