Still has my car, this is the fourth time in 30k of new car ownership it has been in the shop. Each time I have to take it while it's happening as they state they cannot recreate the issue. But I've had car ownership it has been in the shop. Each time I have to take it while it's happening as they state they cannot recreate the issue. But I've had them experience the issue with me at the dealership. The car will not accelerate even with pushing the pedal completely to the floor, it also will not downshift and this causes it to not be able to get to highway speeds causing an extremely dangerous situation to everyone in the car. He took the time to explain the new features on this Tucson, as compared to my 2017 Tucson, which I traded. There was some confusion with Warranty, and Jorge, along with Elias, took the time to ensure of a correction and I understood the differences in the warranties. I have been using the Clay Cooley of Rockwall's service dept since 2019 for my 2017 Tucson. The Service Dept, along with Jenifer, always exceeds my expectation. I have confidence in them, as well as trust my vehicle will be fixed, and issues explained so I understand.
