He listened, took initiative, and actually fixed the underlying issues that had been misdiagnosed multiple times. If it weren’t for him, I would’ve given up entirely. The problems began with a recurring driver-side window malfunction that I brought in multiple times. I was initially told it was the master switch, then advised to replace the smart junction box — a repair that cost me nearly $1,000. That wasn’t the issue. Later, I was told the window motor needed replacement. Then, after that was supposedly fixed, my turn signals and radio audio stopped working. I returned the vehicle yet again and was informed that the issue was a blown multifuse — something that should have been checked before I was charged for costly parts and diagnostics. My frustration isn’t just about the money — it’s about the miscommunication, lack of follow-through, and how long I was without a reliable car while trying to support my family and husband through medical appointments. What makes this even harder is that I initially gave this dealership a glowing review — before the real problems began. I now regret that early feedback, as it doesn’t reflect my full experience. That said, I deeply appreciate Darold, who was the only person that genuinely followed through. If I need assistance in the future, I’ll go straight to him. I hope this dealership takes this feedback seriously and reevaluates how they handle diagnostics and customer care. This could have been avoided with more thorough attention from the start. More
