The process to buy my car was painless and easy. Arthur was great. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was also very prompt. The women whom I dealt with for financing was rude, when I was great. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He was also very prompt. The women whom I dealt with for financing was rude, when I did not upgrade the warranty. However, I assume that is her personality and should not affect my review of everyone else. This would not deter me away from purchasing from this dealership again. More
