We called and got an appointment At the exact time we wanted. When we arrived at the dealership the car was outside waiting for us. We went for a test drive without the salesman which is always nice beca wanted. When we arrived at the dealership the car was outside waiting for us. We went for a test drive without the salesman which is always nice because you don’t feel pressured. When we got back to the dealership Danny say is down and went over everything. He was professional and courteous. We decided to purchase the car. All the paperwork was very easy to go through. Darnell in finance was wonderful. This has been a very pleasant and positive experience. We pick up the car on Friday and hopefully we will be as satisfied then as we are now. My previous Mercedes was from prime motor group and I refused to go back. Hopefully Herb Chambers definitely will honor what they have promised. I think they will!!! More
