Sabrina was knowledgeable, courteous, professional and extremely attentive. 4 days later I realized I needed the E-Class instead, Sabrina said NO PROBLEM and I was off in my E350 this time within an hour. I can not say enough about my experience at Flagship. Everyone I worked with, especially Darnell in the office who went out of her way to help arrange the paper signing at a convenient time and location for me, and my sales associate Steve Schepici who was remarkable. Steve was patient and always available to answer questions with competance and good humor! I purchased the car as a gift and He helped me to orchestrate a wonderful birthday surprise right down to personnally hiding the Miata in my garage with bow and all, making me feel as though he were just as excited as I was. This was a Great and Stress-free experience. I could not have done it without the excellent customer service I recieved from Darnell and Steve. We would certainly plan on returning to Flagship if there is ever a Mercedes in our future! More
